Delivery & Returns


All of our jewellery is delivered in our own personalised gift wrapping; a jewellery pouch within a velvet padded box and tissue lined bag, both with our logo.


We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible and ideally to dispatch the same day, for orders placed before 11am, or the following working day for orders placed later in the day.

The following methods of postage are available and all orders require a signature upon arrival:

  • Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for @ £4
  • International Signed For 5 days plus @ £10

We cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as having been delivered or products that are lost or delayed in transit.


In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your order, we are happy to exchange or refund within fifteen days from the date of receipt (excluding original delivery costs).  If you wish to send something back please email us before doing so at

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.  We cannot exchange or refund worn or customer damaged goods.  Also for hygienic reasons, we are not able to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

The item should be returned to us by special delivery and it remains the customer’s responsibility until it reaches us. The cost of the return carriage will only be refunded if the item was originally faulty.

In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued to the same card that was used during initial payment. Goods are refunded within 15 days.
